Job Requirements

  • Open availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing
  • Plans and directs administrative functions and daily operations of the Food & Beverage department
  • Implements effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff
  • Helps maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations
