Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing
- Plans and directs administrative functions and daily operations of the Food & Beverage department
- Implements effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff
- Helps maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations
