Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively

  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality roles
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong understanding of food quality standards and cost controls
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and report generation

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
