Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively

- Previous experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality roles
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of food quality standards and cost controls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively

- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and report generation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests and issues promptly and efficiently
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
