Job Requirements
- Hospitality education and or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel culinary experience
- At least 2 years restaurant and bar management experience in fine dining environments
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all bar and dining operations

- Work alongside servers and bartenders to maintain quality and service standards
- Identify and implement unique touches to surprise and delight guests
- Monitor operational activities to meet luxury hospitality standards
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining and beverage experiences
