Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience preferably within hospitality or food and beverage
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Preferred three years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Proficient in schedule creation and inventory management
- Ability to work mornings starting as early as 5:30 am and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Proactive and team-first mentality
- Previous experience in a union environment preferred
- Previous hotel and restaurant experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality or food and beverage

- Preferred three years of experience within food and beverage operations
- Experience in high-volume fast-paced environments
- Skilled in schedule creation, inventory management, record keeping, and placing orders
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to work varied and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience managing in a union environment preferred
- Previous hotel and restaurant experience highly preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food quality, inventory management, outlet reservations, systems management, budget and forecasting, marketing, report generation, department management, and meeting participation
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation while monitoring cost and portion controls
- Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and rewards
- Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, and resolve guest concerns
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
