Job Duties
- Assist in management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food quality, inventory, reservations, systems, budget and marketing
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues to improve service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
