Job Requirements
- college degree or equivalent experience
- one to two years experience in food and beverage supervisory or assistant manager position
- flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and potentially overnight shifts
- fluent in English
- legal work authorization in the United States

- college degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- one to two years previous experience in line, supervisory, or assistant manager role in food and beverage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- comprehensive knowledge of food quality standards and wine and spirits
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- flexible schedule availability including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- fluency in English
- legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
- select, train, evaluate, and lead employees
- motivate and coach team members
- ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- manage labor and operating expenses including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
- handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests
- promote positive public relations
- maintain visibility in operations and recognition of staff
