Job Requirements

  • flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • college degree or equivalent experience in hotel or restaurant management
  • one to two years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in food and beverage
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • comprehensive knowledge of food quality, preparation, and beverage expertise
  • excellent communication and guest service skills
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all food and beverage employees to meet established cultural and core standards
  • be visible in daily operations to provide recognition and promote positive public relations
  • skillfully handle complaints, concerns, and special guest requests
  • ensure quality and consistency of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegant dining environment
  • control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory management, and cash control
  • work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours
