Job Requirements
- college degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- one to two years previous experience in food and beverage supervisory or assistant manager roles
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- expert knowledge of food preparation and beverage service
- ability to manage labor costs and budgeting
- flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- fluent in English
- legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- oversee EDGE Restaurant & Bar operations
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach employees
- ensure adherence to cultural and core standards
- remain visible in the operation to provide recognition
- promote positive public relations
- handle complaints, concerns, and special guest requests
- ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
