Job Requirements

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon, weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States

  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns and promote positive public relations

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including staff selection, training, and evaluation
  • Lead, motivate, and coach employees to meet cultural and core standards
  • Provide visible leadership on the floor and handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests
  • Ensure quality control of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Deliver expert knowledge of wine and spirits to enhance guest experience
  • Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Promote positive public relations within the restaurant environment
