Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as F&B management preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams
  • support food and beverage initiatives
  • collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings
  • foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues
  • ensure seamless guest experiences across outlets
  • maintain operational efficiency and team development
