- Minimum of 2 years as F&B management preferred

- must have current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams
- support food and beverage initiatives
- collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings
- foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues
- ensure seamless guest experiences across outlets
- maintain operational efficiency and team development
