Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- Schedule staff and manage workforce forecasting
- Conduct training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as internal operating procedures
- Coordinate special events at the hotel
- Monitor food and beverage cost control
- Communicate effectively with team and management
