Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
- Manage scheduling and forecasting for the food and beverage department
- Conduct training of staff to ensure high service standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and all operating procedures
- Coordinate special events related to food and beverage services
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs
- Facilitate communication between food and beverage staff and hotel management
