Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • Manage scheduling and forecasting for the food and beverage department
  • Conduct training of staff to ensure high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and all operating procedures
  • Coordinate special events related to food and beverage services
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs
  • Facilitate communication between food and beverage staff and hotel management
