Job Duties
- Luxurious spaces weave together details from Western culture and style like boot jacks and hat racks with contemporary furnishings, lighting and artwork creating feelings of welcome and warmth

- Play a key role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests
- The ideal candidate will leverage their innovative spirit with exceptional guest service and team leadership to create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere that keeps both guests and team members coming back for more
- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, supervising bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, maintaining a high level of customer service, and following responsible alcohol service practices
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar
- Implement and enforce quality control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent standards
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales, controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, including age verification and responsible service practices
