Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
  • Schedule and forecast staff needs
  • Train and develop food and beverage team members
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and hotel operating procedures
  • Coordinate special events at the hotel
  • Monitor food and beverage cost control
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest service
