Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- Schedule and forecast staff needs
- Train and develop food and beverage team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and hotel operating procedures
- Coordinate special events at the hotel
- Monitor food and beverage cost control
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest service
