Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Six months to one year of related experience or training
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk, or hear
- Ability to occasionally sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally work in wet or humid conditions and outdoor weather
- Food safety and applicable sanitation training
- Alcohol awareness training
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to read and speak English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Regularly walks the dining room floor during meal service to interact with members and guests to ensure quality and execution
- Supervises inventories of materials and supplies and maintains par levels
- Maintains regular communication with other department leaders to ensure operational objectives are met
- Inspects the facility regularly for maintenance, repairs, or clean-up needs and ensures equipment is in working order
- Completes reports on production and requisitions and controls distribution of supplies
- Assists with menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control, and end of month inventory
- Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, planning, evaluating performance, rewarding, disciplining associates, and resolving complaints
