Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged with three years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
- or two-year degree in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major with one year experience
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies cleaning supplies and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and ensures compliance with all policies standards and procedures
- supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program
- operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions
- supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met
- encourages and builds mutual trust respect and cooperation among team members
- develops specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work
- communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up to ensure understanding
