Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged with three years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • or two-year degree in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major with one year experience
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged with three years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • or two-year degree in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major with one year experience
  • knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • ability to serve as a role model demonstrating appropriate behaviors
  • strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and ensures compliance with all policies standards and procedures
  • supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program
  • operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions
  • supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • encourages and builds mutual trust respect and cooperation among team members
  • develops specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work
  • communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up to ensure understanding
