Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks
  • Internal candidates must have at least six months in current position with no active disciplinary action
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration
  • Ability to move around work area throughout the day
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor
  • Must comply with all legal and company regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage management experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with managers, staff, guests, and vendors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products and preparation standards
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally

Job Duties

  • Support the Director of Food and Beverage in food and beverage quality and cost control
  • Respond to inquiries about financial performance in Director's absence
  • Monitor and ensure operating procedures are consistently met
  • Communicate effectively with front and back of house management and staff
  • Oversee service flow on gaming floor, bars, entertainment venues, restaurants, and special events
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to hourly Food and Beverage staff
  • Assist in hiring, training, evaluation, and corrective counseling of team members
