Job Duties

  • oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • schedule staff and manage forecasting
  • train and develop food and beverage team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • coordinate special events at the hotel
  • monitor food and beverage cost control
  • maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
