Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of managerial experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage inventory and vendor relationships
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in restaurant, museum, venue, or hospitality settings
  • strong knowledge of health and food-handling regulations
  • proven team-building and staff development skills
  • excellent operational judgment
  • experience in customer service roles
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • enhance guest experience through effective management of food and beverage services
  • support food and beverage operations across the museum
  • serve as on-site lead to ensure smooth, high-quality service during shifts
  • develop and train staff to provide outstanding customer service
  • manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure supply needs are met
  • uphold safety and compliance with health and food-handling regulations
  • assist in improving overall operations and service quality
