Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of managerial experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties
- enhance guest experience through effective management of food and beverage services
- support food and beverage operations across the museum
- serve as on-site lead to ensure smooth, high-quality service during shifts
- develop and train staff to provide outstanding customer service
- manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure supply needs are met
- uphold safety and compliance with health and food-handling regulations
- assist in improving overall operations and service quality
