Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience as an Assistant Manager in a large theatre or high volume F&B environment
  • receptive to working in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
  • availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in a fast paced and loud environment
  • ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
  • required to stand for long periods and ability to bend, lift, and walk up and down stairs
  • excellent verbal and communication skills
  • strong spirit of optimism, collaboration, and flexibility
  • Basset certified
  • experience with POS systems
  • experience leading and directing a team of 20

  • Experience working as an Assistant Manager in a large theatre or high volume F&B environment
  • experience in music venues or arenas
  • excellent verbal and communication skills
  • strong spirit of optimism, collaboration, and flexibility
  • Basset certified
  • experience with POS systems
  • experience leading and directing a team of up to 20 personnel

Job Duties

  • Assist Food & Beverage Manager during all events
  • present a positive and professional manner to staff and guests
  • handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • direct and assign tasks to F&B staff during setup, breakdown, and events
  • assist bartenders with ID checks and POS troubleshooting
  • manage patron flow to bar locations, merchandise lines, and coat check
  • assist with inventory management and tracking
  • support nightly POS system closeouts
  • check completion of all staff side work
  • adhere to theatre's Food & Beverage policies
  • perform other administrative tasks as assigned
