Job Duties
- assist in overseeing food and beverage areas
- schedule and forecast staffing needs
- train food and beverage associates
- maintain alcohol par levels and place orders
- manage beverage inventory and billing
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
- coordinate special events including preparation and distribution of captain's reports and supervision of setup and cleanup
