- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
- schedule and forecast staffing needs
- train and develop food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operating procedures
- coordinate special events at the hotel
- manage food and beverage cost control
- communicate effectively with team members and management
