Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred
  • knowledge of pos systems
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • effective communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lead and manage a busy restaurant environment
  • understanding of federal state and local compliance requirements

Job Qualifications

  • proficient in general computer knowledge including a working knowledge of pos systems
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • minimum of 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred
  • true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day operations of restaurants in-room dining and Grand Club lounge
  • lead and oversee high-quality service standards
  • schedule and forecast staffing and operational needs
  • train and mentor food and beverage team members
  • ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and operating procedures
  • coordinate special events
  • control food and beverage costs
