Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred
- knowledge of pos systems
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- effective communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to lead and manage a busy restaurant environment
- understanding of federal state and local compliance requirements
Job Qualifications
- proficient in general computer knowledge including a working knowledge of pos systems
- wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- minimum of 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred

Job Duties
- manage day-to-day operations of restaurants in-room dining and Grand Club lounge
- lead and oversee high-quality service standards
- schedule and forecast staffing and operational needs
- train and mentor food and beverage team members
- ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and operating procedures
- coordinate special events
- control food and beverage costs
