Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences through innovative programs
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and operational efficiency
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control to meet departmental goals
  • Train and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned to support the team and operation
