Job Requirements

- Strong food and beverage experience
- Thorough knowledge of guest service
- Knowledge of cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to supervise and manage staff
- Availability to work full-time exempt hours

Job Duties
- Supervise and direct employees in the Room Service Department
- Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities in guest rooms and suites
- Maintain par stocks of inventory for Room Service
- Hire, train, supervise, and discipline staff in the Room Service Department
- Provide help and supervision in other Food and Beverage departments or outlets as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- Manage cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting related to Room Service operations
