Job Duties
- oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- manage scheduling and forecasting for the department
- train and develop food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures
- coordinate special events at the hotel
- monitor and control food and beverage costs
- maintain strong communication with team and management
