Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, with at least 2-3 years of management experience
- strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team
- proven ability to manage multiple tasks and functions in a busy, dynamic environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on personal service
- ability to adapt to varying shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings) based on club needs
- knowledge of food and beverage inventory management and financial controls
- passion for creating memorable experiences for members and guests
- ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- experience with club management software a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations in the dining room, bar, and banquet areas
- lead and train staff, ensuring consistent high-quality service and member satisfaction
- assist in scheduling team members and managing labor costs according to business demands
- maintain inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure seamless operation
- monitor food and beverage service, ensuring all service standards are met
- collaborate with the executive chef and other team members to plan and execute special events, banquets, and club functions
- manage member concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase food and beverage sales and profitability
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- perform other duties as assigned by the F&B leadership team
