Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior food and beverage management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong customer service orientation
- excellent interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift and interact with guests frequently
- legal authorization to work in the country

- prior experience in full-service fine dining restaurant
- solid understanding of food and beverage operations
- general knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
- proficiency in Micros Symphony POS system
- project planning and prioritization skills

- ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility
Job Duties
- assist in managing single full-service food and beverage outlet daily
- coordinate special events
- manage staffing
