Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food and beverage management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong customer service orientation
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift and interact with guests frequently
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in full-service fine dining restaurant
  • solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • general knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • proficiency in Micros Symphony POS system
  • project planning and prioritization skills
  • excellent communication and team motivation abilities
  • highly organized and proactive
  • ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility

Job Duties

  • assist in managing single full-service food and beverage outlet daily
  • coordinate special events
  • manage staffing
  • schedule staff shifts
  • train food and beverage staff
  • ensure high-quality guest service
  • maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
