- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Assist in managing single full-service food and beverage outlet on a daily basis
- Coordinate special events at the outlet
- Manage staffing including hiring and scheduling
- Train food and beverage staff to uphold service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other resort departments for seamless guest service
- Monitor outlet performance and implement improvements
