Job Requirements
- Previous food and beverage management experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks
- Internal candidates must have at least six months in current position with no active disciplinary action
- Ability to work various shifts including days, swings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by local jurisdiction
- Ability to move throughout work area all day
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Ability to communicate regularly with coworkers, vendors, and guests
- Ability to provide assistance professionally and accurately
- Ability to access and interpret computer information

Job Duties
- Support the Director of Food and Beverage in managing food and beverage quality, cost control, and inventories
- Respond to inquiries about the financial performance of the Food and Beverage department in the Director's absence
- Monitor and enforce operating procedures consistently
- Communicate effectively with front and back of house management and staff
- Oversee service flow on the gaming floor, bars, restaurant outlets, entertainment venues, and special events
- Provide leadership and direction to hourly Food and Beverage staff
- Perform duties across all bars, service wells, and restaurants as needed
- Collaborate with managers to monitor and control department labor
- Maintain adequate staffing coverage based on business demand
- Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and counseling Food and Beverage team members
- Ensure adherence to recipes, measurements, and preparation standards
- Confirm compliance with opening and closing checklists and secure product storage
- Inspect serving areas for safe and sanitary handling practices
- Manage product placement and stock rotation
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
- Ensure proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products according to standards
- Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts to ensure coverage
- Report concerns and opportunities to the Director of Food and Beverage
- Deliver exceptional guest service, including greeting and interaction
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and vendors
- Complete work activities accurately, efficiently, and timely
- Maintain workplace safety and compliance with company policies
- Attend scheduled shifts and staff meetings regularly
- Uphold professional appearance and demeanor
- Mentor new team members
- Report irregularities or unusual situations to management
