Job Requirements
- High diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 6 months previous management experience in food and beverage operations or related experience
Job Qualifications
- High diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 6 months management experience in food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of food and beverage financial controls
- Experience with staff management and coaching
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of safe food handling procedures
- Ability to plan and coordinate events
Job Duties
- Assist Food and Beverage Manager in selecting, managing and coaching food and beverage staff
- Provide daily mentoring and training to staff
- Maintain department schedule to ensure proper staffing for events and daily operations
- Provide high levels of customer service exceeding member and guest expectations
- Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing revenue reports
- Serve food and beverages to guests as needed
- Manage event planning and coordinate activities for non-golf events
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws
- Maintain food and beverage facilities and equipment
- Assist with payroll and employee information processing
- Participate in staff meetings
- Foster positive interactions with club staff and members
- Perform additional assignments as directed
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality
