Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years experience in supervisory and/or management capacity at a high end restaurant
- current food handler's permit
- current Class 12 permit
- ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
- ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp, and use arm-hand coordination consistently
Job Qualifications
- positive and proactive supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills
- thorough knowledge of ordering/purchasing, inventory control, budget management and P&L accountability
- ability to multi-task while focusing on key objectives
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years in a supervisory and/or management capacity at a high end restaurant
- must possess current food handler's permit as well as Class 12 permit
Job Duties
- represent, contribute to, and promote Oki Golf as the market leader
- be proactive in developing innovative ideas to facilitate exceptional quality products and profit contributions
- monitor guest feedback and surveys as training tools and for new offerings
- ensure restaurant assets are well maintained
- understand and embody Oki Golf's guest service philosophy
- recruit, hire and train restaurant team members
- formulate strategies for team member growth and development
- supervise and follow up on all staff assignments
- manage monthly expenses to the budget minimizing expenses and overtime
- conduct monthly beer, liquor and wine inventory
- monitor menu mix to update menus consistently
- practice active asset management to reduce shrinkage
- mentor, coach, train and develop team members
- ensure compliance with OSHA/WISHA and Oki Golf guidelines
- hold team members accountable through position descriptions and clearly articulated expectations
- directly supervise team members including planning, assigning, and performing tasks as necessary
- perform other tasks as assigned
