Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food and beverage management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office and POS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physically able to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a full service, fine dining restaurant
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • General understanding of liquor, wine, and beer products
  • Certifications in liquor, wine, or beer are a plus
  • General knowledge of food products and cooking techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Micros Symphony POS system
  • Skilled in project planning and task prioritization
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results driven
  • Excellent communication and team motivation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership by example and integrity

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily operations of single full-service food and beverage outlet
  • Coordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of food and beverage staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
