  • Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • schedule staff and manage workforce forecasting
  • provide training to food and beverage team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operating procedures
  • coordinate special events at the hotel
  • control food and beverage costs
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
