Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • proficiency in guest service skills
  • ability to perform Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service
  • ability to operate Micros Operating System
  • flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality management role preferred
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service
  • ability to operate Micros Operating System
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and organize restaurant and bar operations
  • train staff to uphold quality and service standards
  • ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns
  • manage scheduling and administration of staff
  • greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess
  • take reservations and use the Micros Operating System
  • perform additional side work as necessary
