Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- proficiency in guest service skills
- ability to perform Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service
- ability to operate Micros Operating System
- flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills

- previous experience in a hospitality management role preferred

- knowledge of Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service
- ability to operate Micros Operating System
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and organize restaurant and bar operations
- train staff to uphold quality and service standards
- ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns
- manage scheduling and administration of staff
- greet and seat guests in the absence of the hostess
- take reservations and use the Micros Operating System
- perform additional side work as necessary
