Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Degree of higher learning preferred
  • Servsafe and CPR certified
  • 3-5 years progressive food and beverage operations experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory or management experience in restaurant, club, or hotel food and beverage settings
  • Previous bar operations management experience preferred
  • Private club experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits with certifications such as Sommelier, WSET, or Cicerone beneficial

Job Duties

  • Assist F&B manager and executive chef in creating and maintaining a positive team atmosphere
  • Maintain a high level of resident contact throughout service hours
  • Provide leadership and direction to property employees ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Lead staff through various service types including a la carte and buffet
  • Keep current with industry concepts and practices aligning with Latitude Margaritaville brand
  • Resolve complaints concerning dining service
  • Comply with state and federal regulations on food handling and sanitation
