Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage management preferably in luxury or resort settings
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • customer service oriented
  • proactive problem-solving ability

Job Qualifications

  • thorough understanding of food and beverage operations especially within luxury, spa, or resort environments
  • motivational leadership skills with the ability to coach, evaluate, and inspire a team
  • knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • experience with barista and coffee bar operations is ideal
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible and extended hours including weekends and holidays
  • proactive and organized in fast-paced environments
  • commitment to creating meaningful guest experiences through service

Job Duties

  • assist in managing day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets with a focus on organization, time management, and service excellence
  • maintain the ambiance of Miraval through daily inspections of cleanliness, symmetry, and equipment functionality, ensuring a serene and welcoming environment
  • participate in scheduling, training, and development of food and beverage colleagues, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and mindfulness
  • provide hands-on leadership during service, assisting colleagues and resolving food quality or service concerns with grace and professionalism
  • work closely with events and banquets teams to ensure seamless execution of bar service and special occasions
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain consistency in service delivery across all outlets
  • attend departmental and organizational meetings, contributing to a culture of communication and shared purpose
  • support the service culture by actively engaging with guest feedback and helping to exceed satisfaction goals
