Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor management and cost control
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and safety
