Old Warson Country Club is a prestigious private club located approximately 20 miles west of downtown St. Louis, known for its rich history, tradition, and excellence in golf and social events. Established as a golf-centric, social, and family-oriented club, it caters exclusively to around 600 members providing them access to a premier golf course and year-round dining experiences across six days a week. Job Requirements
- minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage management
- experience managing teams with 5-10 direct reports

- understand beverage inventory and ordering processes

- available for in-person work at St. Louis location
Job Qualifications
- degree in hotel and restaurant management preferred
- experience in food and beverage operations including training, supervision, inventory control, and menu preparation
- wine knowledge
- previous experience in luxury hotel, high volume food and beverage operations, private club or country club setting for minimum two years
- experience managing teams of 5-10 direct reports
- strong leadership and communication skills
- commitment to superior service and hospitality
Job Duties
- assist in the development and continuous improvement of the club’s beverage program across all outlets
- maintain accurate beverage recipes, pour standards, and presentation guidelines
- monitor beverage storage, including cellar and keg management
- assist in beverage ordering, receiving orders, and ensuring accuracy
- conduct monthly beverage inventories and reporting
- provide hands-on leadership during service periods to ensure exceptional beverage service
- address member feedback and service recovery professionally
- support private events, banquets, and member functions by overseeing beverage execution and staffing
- assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bar and beverage service staff
- conduct ongoing beverage education including wine knowledge and cocktail preparation
- enforce service standards, grooming, and professionalism
- support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations and act as Manager-on-Duty
- assist with scheduling and labor management
