Job Requirements

  • excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage many staff members
  • great time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to deliver exceptional guest service, even in high pressure situations
  • professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
  • flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, irregular shifts, holidays, and extended shifts as business levels require
  • maintain a current food handler card, or be able to receive one upon hire
  • maintain a valid California responsible beverage service (RBS) certification, or be able to receive one upon hire
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more
  • frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
  • 2+ years experience in food & beverage management

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and collaboration
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to luxury standards (LQA/Forbes), and a consistent, high-end guest experience
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, proactively resolving guest concerns and supporting the team during all service periods, including acting as Manager on Duty when required
  • Drive financial performance by supporting revenue growth, managing labor and operational costs, assisting with forecasting, and ensuring effective inventory control
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, implementing continuous improvements, and supporting innovative food and beverage initiatives that elevate the dining experience
  • Ensure effective communication and operational alignment across departments, while supporting administrative functions such as scheduling, payroll accuracy, compliance, and reporting
