  • previous leadership experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets including seasonal venues
  • assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing
  • train and develop team members in alignment with Hyatt and Forbes standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization across all venues
  • provide visible leadership on the floor to support staff and address guest needs
  • handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations
  • act as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concerns
