Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of scheduling and payroll processes
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of assigned outlets including seasonal venues
  • assist with scheduling payroll inventory and purchasing
  • train and develop team members in alignment with Hyatt and Forbes standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization across all venues
  • provide visible leadership on the floor to support staff and address guest needs
  • handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations
  • act as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concerns
