Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage operations
- knowledge of scheduling and payroll processes
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- oversee daily operations of assigned outlets including seasonal venues
- assist with scheduling payroll inventory and purchasing
- train and develop team members in alignment with Hyatt and Forbes standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization across all venues
- provide visible leadership on the floor to support staff and address guest needs
- handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations
- act as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concerns
