Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to guest service excellence
- basic computer skills
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Job Qualifications
- education or experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role is an asset
- strong leadership and team building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- proficiency in scheduling and operational planning
Job Duties
- supporting and managing food and beverage outlets while working closely with the f and b leaders including the director and assistant director of operations and other hotel departments
- responsible for the short and long term planning of the outlets
- ensure effective hiring training development and promotion of team
- lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
- full understanding of colleague engagement
- responsible for maintaining a high energy positive professional appearance
- plan coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions
- ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
