Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to guest service excellence
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • education or experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • previous experience in food and beverage management or supervisory role is an asset
  • strong leadership and team building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • proficiency in scheduling and operational planning

Job Duties

  • supporting and managing food and beverage outlets while working closely with the f and b leaders including the director and assistant director of operations and other hotel departments
  • responsible for the short and long term planning of the outlets
  • ensure effective hiring training development and promotion of team
  • lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
  • full understanding of colleague engagement
  • responsible for maintaining a high energy positive professional appearance
  • plan coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions
  • ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
