Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- strong floor presence with the ability to lead calmly under pressure
- proven ability to train, motivate, and hold teams to high standards
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

- Strong floor presence with the ability to lead calmly under pressure

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Job Duties
- Support daily food and beverage operations with a strong focus on service execution
- Actively manage the floor, ensuring professionalism, pacing, and attention to detail
- Train, coach, and support service staff to deliver warm, consistent hospitality
- Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and labor awareness
- Help execute private events and high-volume service periods
- Uphold club service standards and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
- Address member feedback and service recovery with urgency and care
- Plan and execute at least one large Club Event per calendar year
