Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality
  • strong floor presence with the ability to lead calmly under pressure
  • proven ability to train, motivate, and hold teams to high standards
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong floor presence with the ability to lead calmly under pressure
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and hold teams to high standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Job Duties

  • Support daily food and beverage operations with a strong focus on service execution
  • Actively manage the floor, ensuring professionalism, pacing, and attention to detail
  • Train, coach, and support service staff to deliver warm, consistent hospitality
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and labor awareness
  • Help execute private events and high-volume service periods
  • Uphold club service standards and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
  • Address member feedback and service recovery with urgency and care
  • Plan and execute at least one large Club Event per calendar year
