  • minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred
  • proficiency in general computer knowledge including POS systems
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • effective communication skills

  • knowledge of wine and beverage preferred

Job Duties

  • manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, in-room dining, and Grand Club lounge
  • oversee scheduling and forecasting activities
  • conduct staff training and development
  • ensure compliance with relevant laws and operating procedures
  • coordinate special events and promotions
  • maintain high standards of customer service
  • assist with food and beverage cost control
