Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred
- proficiency in general computer knowledge including POS systems
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, in-room dining, and Grand Club lounge
- oversee scheduling and forecasting activities
- conduct staff training and development
- ensure compliance with relevant laws and operating procedures
- coordinate special events and promotions
- maintain high standards of customer service
- assist with food and beverage cost control
