Landscapes Golf Management and Dakota Dunes Country Club are seeking a dedicated full-time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. Dakota Dunes Country Club is a prestigious private club located in a serene setting that offers members an active and luxurious lifestyle. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum 6 months management experience in Food and Beverage operations or related experience
  • Knowledge in Food and Beverage operations including financial controls, staff management, facilities and equipment management
  • Ability to provide high levels of customer service with attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events
  • Understanding of safe food handling procedures and processes
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 6 months of management experience in Food and Beverage operations or related field
  • Knowledge of financial controls in Food and Beverage operations
  • Strong staff management and coaching skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events
  • Understanding of safe food handling and maintaining safe environments
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist Food and Beverage Manager in staff selection, management and coaching
  • Provide daily mentoring to staff to ensure training and task completion
  • Maintain department schedule for proper staffing of events and daily operations
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to exceed member and guest expectations
  • Help maintain financial records and prepare revenue reports
  • Assist with serving food and beverages to guests
  • Manage inventory, paperwork and reports for the Food and Beverage department
  • Market and coordinate event planning for the course and non-golf events
  • Supervise and manage large non-golf events and complete related reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and liquor laws
  • Maintain Food and Beverage facilities and equipment in proper condition
  • Assist in payroll processing by submitting employee information on time
  • Participate actively in staff meetings
  • Promote a service- and solution-oriented work ethic with positive interactions
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by management
  • Ensure regular and punctual attendance at all scheduled shifts
