Job Requirements

  • Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • experience working in unionized environments
  • strong leadership and team supervision capabilities
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling and reservations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and swings
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven background in food and beverage operations within the hospitality sector
  • demonstrated experience in team management, including leadership and supervision
  • familiarity with union environments and the ability to navigate related processes effectively
  • strong administrative skills, including office organization and task prioritization
  • knowledge of hotel management and reservations processes
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams
  • weekend availability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings and swings

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • manage and coordinate food and beverage operations to maintain high-quality service
  • lead and supervise the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • collaborate with union representatives and navigate union-specific requirements effectively
  • develop and implement schedules, ensuring proper coverage for morning, swing, and weekend shifts
  • handle administrative tasks, including hotel reservations and operational planning
  • ensure all associates comply with parking registration requirements and related logistics
  • monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • assist in resolving operational challenges and improving processes to enhance overall productivity
  • communicate with management and staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals
