Job Requirements
- minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage leadership preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- willingness to plan, coordinate and manage special events
- high level of energy and professional appearance
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- supporting and managing Food and Beverage Outlets while working closely with the F&B leaders including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments
- responsible for the short and long term planning of the Outlets
- ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
- lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
- full understanding of colleague engagement
- responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- plan, coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions
- ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
