Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage leadership preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • willingness to plan, coordinate and manage special events
  • high level of energy and professional appearance
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to colleague and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • minimum of 2+ years as F&B Leader preferred
  • wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader

Job Duties

  • supporting and managing Food and Beverage Outlets while working closely with the F&B leaders including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments
  • responsible for the short and long term planning of the Outlets
  • ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
  • lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
  • full understanding of colleague engagement
  • responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • plan, coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions
  • ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
