Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • Or two-year degree from accredited university in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major
  • One year experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • Ability to work full time
  • Availability to work in Clayton Missouri

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience in food and beverage or culinary areas
  • Two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and payroll
  • Proactive problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
  • Encourage mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
  • Develop goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
