Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
- Or two-year degree from accredited university in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major
- One year experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
- Ability to work full time
- Availability to work in Clayton Missouri

Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
- Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
- Encourage mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- Develop goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
