Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management or related roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of financial management and cost control
  • Effective communication skills

  • Experience with menu planning and cost control

Job Duties

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants
  • Create and assist with schedules of all food and beverage outlets to increase profitability
  • Work with chefs and outlet managers/supervisors to design mouth-watering menus catering to specific customer markets
  • Monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department
  • Assist in food and beverage training programs, including alcohol awareness and proper food handling
  • Ensure the resort’s service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead, select, coach, teach, develop, and mentor talented outlets teams
  • Maximize the resort’s profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control departmental expenses and productivity
